  Ok let’s get the negatives out the way. If you plan on sending an e-mail you best bring your pen paper and pidgin But plus points the bedrooms are so big you may want to call Uber if you wake up needing a piss. The grounds look nice enough the hotel is a little warn around the edges. If they hide it well. Food was nice and smoked salmon is on the breakfast menu. Another plus point the gym is great but I couldn’t see any CV equipment just weights , so if your a mass gaining roid monster come on in the waters lovely

  A really lovely day. Yummy afternoon tea, outstandingly blissful full body massage, perfect chill room and spa, very helpful friendly and relaxed staff and even treated myself to some beautiful handmade great value jewellery. Would highly recommend and every intention to return. A lovely day, thank you.

  Clean, lovely staff, the room had a truly massive bed and was nicely appointed. Stayed in a deluxe double and really have nothing bad to say other than that the temperature was a little in the high side. I even turned off the radiators in the corridor outside. Still in the harsh winter tower we were experiencing I suppose it was better to be too warm than too cold. Restaurant is nice and the food of a decent standard (although my French fries were undercooked and although I advised the server of this, no gesture on the night, nor consideration was made with regard to the bill.) Staff welcoming, friendly, with personalities, so though formal, felt the personal touch. Would stay again, although room rate special offer was attractive, and full room rate feels a little on the high side.

  We booked room for 2 nights for a wedding. Very nice room large. Nice king size bed. Large bath and shower room. Lovely staff. Meal was nice not very large. If you have a large appetite you might need side order. But on the whole I would recommend. Nice lounge and conservatory comfy seats.

  A really nice hotel with great facilities. My room was large with a great shower and was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large, well equipped, gym with lots of free weights. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice enough as hotel pools go. Food from the restaurant was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
