  Been a customer for 5 months now, absolutely love the staffs for their politeness and helpfulness. Very efficient in bike servicing, good range of accessories in their shop and nicely organised shop layout.

  Top notch store with some splendid bikes, the guys were super helpful and milan helped me find all the gear I needed for my winter commuting

  A proper bike shop! Well stocked and tonnes of products. With knowledgble and very helpful staff. I went into the Southampton branch to purchase an Exposure Strada 600 light after spotting it had been discounted on their website. However, one of the managers who served me, Nacho, suggested I could get the newer better model for the same price. He then demonstrated all the functions of the light. Great customer service! Cheers.

  Great service, really helpful team. I was impressed by their knowledge of accessories, enabling me to get the best value within my budget. Highly recommended, and worth going out of your way (we travelled from Ringwood).

  Really helpful and knowledgeable staff members always smiling and extremely kind... definitely we needed a shop like this in the middle of the town. I went for a bike and the super busy manager called Nacho was extremely helpful helping to decide which bike was the most suitable for me and my daughter. I tried it around the park in front of the store and I went into finance meanwhile another staff member offered me a nice latte. Incredible and efficient service at the store. Thank you very much!
