  Another good place if you need to buy a new bicycle or make a repair or any bike advice. Helpful staff and great place. Loads of choices and bike configuration to choose from. If you need a special one you can make an order from catalogue and will be yours :)

  Spent £125.00 on new chain, sprocket, tyre, brake blocks, service. When I picked it up the gears were not adjusted properly and they didn't even put valve caps on the tyres. Took it back + the bloke from New Zealand road it and said it was ok + there was a bit of play on the gear changer and it was the cable. I said it wasn't the same, so he took it back and put a new cable on it. When I returned, he didn't bother to come out to speak to me and instead he got some nipper to do it. The cable was free of charge, but I thought it was the least he could do after how much I spent. Thought it was a bad attitude to have towards customers and the work they did was just about ok.

  I've worked in bike shop before, and since moved on. I popped into these guys with a problem that I couldn't solve on my bike, seemed unusual. and they sorted it quicker than I ever could! They were polite, explained it all, had it ready to go within the hour - and made me wish I had worked there back when I was in bike sales. Great service, good pricing too
