  I went in with my bike today which had suffered with wet weather and some parts had rusted and really stuck. I was seen by James who quickly and effortlessly replaced the parts and put my bike back together within 10 minutes of me arriving. They were clearly really busy and had several jobs to do but he checked it over for me and costed up the other bits that will need doing in the future but I felt no pressure to spend any extra money. Thanks so much James from Chubbs the bike!

  Just had a car battery die in my mum's car, got it jump started and made our way over. Was served by a guy named Glenn who fitted the battery brilliantly. Cracking sense of humour and axing service! Would highly recommend

  A1 - Five Gold Stars. A more dedicated and expert team I have yet to meet. Exemplary customer service. Some examples: Selling me a £30 lock for £5 when the first one fell out of the holder. Not the slightest quibble for twice exchanging faulty lights. Allowing a test ride in the car park to decide on frame size. Replacing the entire transmission as a free warranty repair, where others would have charged as 'wear and tear'. Never being to busy to assist. Picking up the phone promptly! I recommend.
