::Friendly staff both downstairs and up in the bike floor, greeted on the way in by staff on both floors, busy bike mechanics took time out of their day to help with a problem with bike, i still couldnt fix it myself so brought it in a week later again friendly atmosphere and they sorted my bike in 20 mins also left the bike with them while i carried on shopping.
