  Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Lovely and delicious meals. Large free car park. Great location.

  Wonderful hotel with excellent aminities. The staff are always on hand to help with whatever you need. The rooms are warm, clean, spacious & have everything you could need in them. Looking forward to our next stay! xx

  I attended the hotel for a training course which lasted a week. I did not stay in the hotel as an overnight guest and cannot comment on the rooms or comfort of the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the time I was at the hotel. The food on the menu was excellent. Unfortunately the positives of my experience were let down by two things: 1) Someone had vomited near the entrance to the hotel and it was not cleaned up until one of our group brought it to the attention of the staff. 2) There were no healthy snack options when food was put out during the breaks in our training. Even a couple of pieces of fruit would have been good. Generally a positive experience but scored down by a couple of major negatives for me.

  Provides free car parking. Close to bus stop for 10 min journey into city centre. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Quite disappointed with the tiny bathroom, although it has been tastefully refurbished there isn't even enough room to hang the bath towels. Try and avoid staying on a Saturday night as it costs three times more than some nights

  My mum and dad were staying here to escape the horror of home improvements! We met them for dinner and despite not being a fan of hotel food, it was really good. In fact the chicken caesar salad was the best I've had for a long time and the chicken breast burger was delicious. The staff were young, enthusiastic and really polite yet friendly. They were so helpful and my mum's room was big, spacious and comfortable. Thank you holiday Inn for looking after my mummy beautifully!
