Over priced, delayed, dong got clustered in the coat without proper care. Double check before taking your clothes.

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my partner's suit dry cleaned and stitched (total around £22), upon collection I was told they were unable to get one of the stains off, they don't just redo it as it may drain the colour out of the suit. Usually you have to decide then and there if you want it redone free of charge, however, because she (Trina) knew the suit wasn't mine she said I could come back in a few days to get it re-cleaned free of charge if unhappy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely go again. Another thing that has completely won me over is their latest campaign to dry clean suits as a gesture of good will to those who are unemployed that are looking for work/have an interview. It's the small things like this that make a huge difference in the world and this was such a lovely thing to see.

The most horrific customer service. Staff were totally brain dead and failed to deliver an important item either clean or on time. Avoid like the plague.

Clothes were not entirely cleaned after their service and it is over-priced. They asked me to sign a statement saying that if anything they wash is damaged during their service, they will not be responsible for this. It is ridiculous. They shall be professional and avoid such disappointment happening as people wash their clothes at home. I will definitely not go for their "unprofessional" and "over-priced" service again.

Very very poor. Took one week to clean a jacket, did not remove the marks on the sleeve, which were not oil or anything like that, the jacket did not even look refreshed. It looked as if they hadn't touched it frankly, and charged me £10.80 for the privilege. When I queried it in the shop they said they had probably put it through a number of times and charged me for that. I have never hear such rubbish! Take your dry cleaning elsewhere.
