  Sign on door claims opening at 9AM; standing there at 9:10AM with no indication of anything different, other than the "Closed" sign still showing. Called, not so much as an answering machine perhaps explaining Wednesday May 3 is a special holiday- nothing. To whomever the morons running this place are, here's a helpful hint: open when you say you will as customers' lives don't all revolve around your schedule.

  We will not be using this dry cleaners again. They did a very poor job of cleaning a suit so it needed to be returned and done again - every single button on this suit was damaged during the process and now needs to be replaced. The drycleaners will accept no responsibility for this mess - I am left with one damaged, unusable and not very clean suit A great example of very poor customer service
