  Our new luxury duvet as been ruined as completely lumped after cleaning. It has been packed without telling us what happened. When we complained they denied responsibility for it because they say it can happen and we all sign a disclosure.

  Friendly and professional service. I required a repair to a suit I wanted to wear for an imminent event. I opted for the Swiss laundrys express service and was very impressed when my repair was completed a day early.
