  I had an appointment there today. It was horrible 😨😨😨. People just sent me off without reasonable explanation, inexperienced in their work and seems like they don't know what they doing there... unhelpful

  Today I have been there 17:01 and they didn't let me in. I just needed to pay in some money urgently using their cash machines. I've lost over one hour to get the bank - for nothing!!!!! Explained it's very important for me -without result. They just shut down doors in front of my face. Opening times are exactly the same as most of us are in the work. I've decided to close my account there and open in other bank as it's impossible to visit this bank during the week for me.

  Absolutely unacceptable how customers are treated. I've send someone money with the envelope service but the envelope got lost / the money never reached the person. When I went to the bank to investigate I got bullshitted three times. They said the cctv needs to be checked in the evening and they'll call me the next day. But they never called and every time I went I only heard excuses and the affirmation they'll take care of it. I got angrier every time I went and the last time the person there even had the nerve to tell me not to come back again and that I shouldn't stress! Shouldn't stress???!!!!! I'd like to know how they'd feel if quite an amount of money gets lost in their bank and nobody helps!! Don't feel taken seriously as a customer At All. Just awful.

  混雑時は少し並びますが、手際よく対応してくれます。受け付けも親切なので、分からない事も詳しく教えてくれます。 イーブロショッピングセンター入口にあり、場所も良いです。
