  They just love to make you wait whilst the staff gather around & have their chit chats. No professionalism at all. Sadly only bank near me with safety deposit boxes.

  There is an employee by name RAM BHATHAL if he appear in your face ask for someone else to help. The guy is beyond stupid no matter how much you try to explain the man has no brain.... I couldn't take his stupidty and just left store.... how do they employ those people? DO NOT try to switch business account to those clowns

  Best bank ever. Open time is 8 am which is so perfect to someone starting to work at 10 am. The staff have always been extremely kind and helpful to me. Waiting time for my personal experience is maximum 5 minutes.

  Worst banking experience ever, every time i deal with, they make it complicated. Extreme time wasters.

  Walking into Metro Bank to get my card reprinted went smooth and quick. Jamel Mattan showed a sincere interest in customer service and the solutions to their problems. Had good experience with the bank. Jamel was helpful and took extra steps to solve my problem quickly.
